  • An online boutique selling lifestyle, fashion, and gift products fulfilled with care through our production partners.

Hospitality Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Creation and hosting of a dedicated web page for your property

  • Display of property descriptions, photos, videos, maps, and contact details

  • Listing in search results and promotional sections of our site

  • Lead collection via contact or inquiry forms

  • Optional add-ons and tiered visibility plans

E-commerce Store Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Sale of custom-designed products (e.g. apparel, accessories, decor)

  • Secure online payment processing

  • Order forwarding to our partners for production and fulfilment

We reserve the right to modify, expand, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time, with or without notice.

3. Eligibility

Our hospitality services are intended for:

  • Hotel, guesthouse, homestay, resort, and property owners or managers in India

  • Individuals or legal entities operating legitimate accommodation businesses

Our e-commerce store is available to all individuals 18 years and older who can legally enter into binding contracts. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (including shipping address) is accurate and complete.

4. Content and Responsibilities

For hospitality listings, you agree to provide accurate, lawful content (text, photos, videos).
For e-commerce products, you acknowledge that:

  • Product images and descriptions are provided for reference; slight variations in color, size, or placement may occur due to printing processes.

  • Designs, branding, and slogans on our products remain the intellectual property of Low Cost Web Agency Private Limited or its licensors.

  • You will not reproduce, resell, or modify our designs without written permission.

We reserve the right to reject or remove any content we deem inappropriate or misleading.

5. Fees and Payments

  • Hospitality listings: Base service is free; premium features are available via subscription.

  • E-commerce orders: Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. All prices are in INR (or as displayed) and may change without notice.

  • Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Customs

  • All e-commerce products are produced and shipped by our partners and a network of third-party production providers.

  • Estimated delivery times vary by destination; delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or peak seasons.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made to order, we can only accept returns or issue refunds in the case of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Wrong product received

  • Significant printing errors

To request a replacement or refund, you must contact care@hotelpondicherry.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the defect. We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered (size charts are provided)

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings

8. Termination

We may suspend or remove any hospitality listing or cancel any order if:

  • It violates these terms

  • It involves fraudulent payment

  • It disrupts the integrity of our platform

9. Platform Availability

We aim to keep hotelpondicherry.com operational at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

10. Limitation of Liability

We provide all services and products “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays in delivery

  • Customs fees or taxes

  • Minor design or color variations in products

  • Indirect or consequential damages

For e-commerce products, liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

11. Privacy and Data Usage

Your data will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy. For e-commerce orders, necessary personal information (such as your name, address, and phone number) will be shared with Printify.com and its print providers solely for the purpose of order fulfilment.

12. Intellectual Property

All site content, product designs, and brand elements are protected by copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pondicherry, India.
